Garden State Auto Transport ("we," "us") is a lead generation and referral service. We are not a motor carrier or a licensed auto transport broker, and we do not transport vehicles. When you request a quote through this website or by phone, we share your information with one or more independent, licensed auto transport brokers and/or motor carriers ("Providers"), who may contact you to provide pricing and arrange transport.
Prices shown on this website are estimates generated from current market data and are not binding until confirmed by a Provider. The Provider's quote, terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms govern your shipment. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by us or, unless they expressly say so, by the Provider.
Any agreement to transport a vehicle is between you and the Provider. The Provider, and the motor carrier it assigns, are responsible for the pickup, transport, delivery, and insurance of your vehicle. Cargo insurance is provided by the motor carrier; request the certificate from the Provider before pickup. Claims for loss or damage must be made to the carrier and/or Provider in accordance with their terms.
You agree to provide accurate information about the vehicle (including its condition, operability, modifications, and dimensions) and the pickup and delivery locations; to prepare the vehicle as described in our preparation checklist; to remove personal items; and to have an authorized adult present at pickup and delivery.
By submitting a quote request, you consent to be contacted by us and by Providers by phone, email, and, where you have checked the consent box, SMS text message, including by automated means, at the number you provide. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
